DELIVERY METHOD

Domestic orders are shipped through reliable courier agents. The expected time of dispatch shall be within 7-10 business days.
International orders are shipped through UPS and/or trusted agents. The expected time of dispatch shall be within 7-10 business days, subject to import implications at the destination.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The delivery of your order will be made as per the shipping information of Tichu available at www.tichuofficialsilvver.com/shipping-information. Alternatively, you could go to your "Order Status" section and determine the status of your order using your respective tracking number.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic shipment:

  • Free shipping.

 International shipment:

  • Minimum shipping charges start at USD 50. The amount will increase based on the value, weight, and destination of the shipment.
  • Extra charges will be applied for priority shipping.
  • Import duty if applicable, as per import country laws & regulation, will have to be paid at the time of delivery, directly by the customer to the courier company.

Import and custom clearance charges are dependent on the importing country's rules and regulations. We are unable to advise the duty and import charges at destination. For more information, the Shipping company will advise you on the charges.

In case of Fine Jewelry, Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by Tichu. However, VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country & regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and does not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

It is our constant endeavor to dispatch your order at the earliest possible instance. However, it may take up to 15 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. For more information, please write to us on wecare@tichuofficialsilvver.com

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, you have the right to refuse delivery of the package and call our help desk (+91) 97830-22222 or email us at wecare@tichuofficialsilvver.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to resolve the matter at the earliest.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to produce any of the following photo IDs at the time of delivery of the authorized person.

2. Pan Card
3. Driving License
4. Aadhaar Card

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

INSURANCE
Tichu ensures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
