WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All bracelets and cuffs are sold by size. Please click here to refer to our sizing charts for further details. A link is found on every product page. We have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email wecare@tichuofficial.com for advice.

ARE THE COLORS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCT SOLD IS AUTHENTIC?

As this is the official online store of Tichu, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. Each piece has our name or logo engraved.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Tichu.

 

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

We accept payments via PayPal, CC Avenue, PayuMoney, Razorpay and HDFC.
Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at wecare@tichuofficial.com and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.
If you choose payment modes other than Cash on Delivery, rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep in India.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASE AT TICHU?

At Tichu, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Tichu.

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address, we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

 

HOW DO I REMOVE MY SAVED CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

You can remove your card details by logging into your account and going to account settings or payment info page. You can find the card that you need to remove. 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

 

WHAT ARE COOKIES? SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM?

When you proceed to purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order. Please note that registered customers will be recognized for 14 days. After this time, users will be prompted to sign back into their account.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

Your order will be delivered to you in our neat and smart green box, which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution.

DOES TICHU JEWELRY OFFER REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS?

It’s rare, but accidents happen! Please email us at wecare@tichuofficial.com with your name, order number, and photos/details. This will allow us to assist with next steps and notify you of any fees prior to sending your item in. 

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICHU PURCHASE?

As company policy, we do not offer refunds on products sold.
